Yes and no, it depends on the previous skills and the willingness of the candidate and to the program you will choose to follow. When you are in a Program related to our Technology Branch you will probably have the opportunity to work in application development and why not if it is of your interest in the full stack regarding UX/UI design, front-end programming, back-end programming, databases, connection with services ... When you are in a Program related to our Operations Branch, the application of our technology to develop a new SOP or BPM process class is essentially a zero-code and then a non-programming job. Our processes are mainly created by configuration, following relatively simple and common sense rules that everybody can understand after a Learning-ship period and with some practice. Therefore, the most important skills required to develop with success a new process class with our technology are two: 1) to have business knowledge in the particular area the process to be automated is related with and 2) common sense.
