are provided by Expertel SL ("we", "us" or "our"), a Spanish company, operating under the brand
proceedit,
specializing in Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions, technology automation, and physical
merchandise, leveraging AI, RPA, and BPM technologies.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.proceedit.shop/privacy-policy), our Legal Disclaimer (available at https://www.proceedit.shop/legal-disclaimer), and our Refund & Return Policy (available at https://www.proceedit.shop/refund-policy). These documents form an integral part of the Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platforms. You represent that you are at least 18 years old. Users aged 13-17 may use our services only with verifiable parental or guardian consent and supervision. Parental consent will be obtained through a signed consent form as required by COPPA, GDPR, and applicable laws. Parents/guardians must manage the account and can review/delete data via support@proceedit.com. You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable laws. These Terms apply to all users, including those registering accounts or making purchases.

Digital Services such as Continuous Trading Insights (CTI): AI-driven market analysis tools (informational only); Managed Broker Account (MBA50): A suite of informational and educational tools for self-directed analysis. This service does not involve, and we do not offer, any actual management of your brokerage account, execution of trades, or custody of funds. And Master Programs: Educational content and training materials. These are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

Physical Merchandise such as branded apparel, accessories, and tangible goods, subject to our Refund & Return Policy (available at https://www.proceedit.shop/refund-policy).

proceedit Credits: Virtual currency purchasable via our websites or in-app purchases. Credits are usable only within our Platforms, are non-transferable, have no cash or redemption value outside the app, and do not involve any NFT-related features, blockchain integrations, or randomized item unlocks (e.g., loot boxes). If any features involve chance-based elements, odds will be clearly disclosed. Purchased Credits do not expire. Free or promotional Credits may expire or be removed. In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies, credits you have purchased will not be forfeited, including upon account termination. Credits obtained for free (e.g., via promotions) may be subject to expiration or removal. Refunds for credit purchases are handled by the platform from which they were bought (Stripe, Apple, or Google).

Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or between 13-17 years old with verifiable parental/guardian consent and supervision and have legal capacity to enter into contracts under your jurisdiction's laws. By creating an account, you represent that you are not subject to sanctions by the EU, US, UN, or other authorities, and are not in a prohibited jurisdiction. Users under 18 require parental consent in compliance with COPPA (US), GDPR (EU), and applicable laws; parents/guardians must manage the account and can review/delete data via support@proceedit.com. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without consent. You may not use our services for illegal activities or to harm others.

Account Registration and Verification
To use certain services, make purchases, or buy proceedit Credits, you must register an account via our Platforms. Provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Do not select usernames that impersonate others, violate rights, or are offensive. You are responsible for account activity, password security, and notifying us of breaches or eligibility changes. You may not use others' accounts without permission or publish login details. You can delete your account directly or via request to us. For certain services, we may require identity verification, including government ID, proof of address, and AML compliance.

Permitted Use and Restrictions
Use the Platforms only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms, Spanish/EU laws, and app store policies. If registering for an entity, you warrant authority to bind it. Prohibited activities include: illegal or harmful use; unauthorized access or interference; copying/modifying content without permission; competing with us; IP violations; false/harmful content; market manipulation; unauthorized automated access. For CTI/MBA50: Do not treat as investment advice; understand trading risks; consult advisors; comply with regulations; avoid if prohibited by local laws.

General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service for any legitimate reason without violating anti-discrimination laws. Your content (excluding payment info) may be transferred unencrypted over networks and adapted for technical needs; credit card info is encrypted. Do not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platforms without our written permission. Headings are for convenience only. Information on Platforms is for general use and may not be accurate, complete, or current; rely on it at your own risk. We may modify content without obligation to update, and you must monitor changes.

Service Availability and Third Parties

User Comments and Feedback
By submitting comments, feedback, or ideas (solicited or unsolicited), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services. We will not sell your personal content to third parties. If our Platforms or apps allow user-generated content (such as reviews, posts, or shared materials), you agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We provide an in-app reporting mechanism for users to flag objectionable content, and we employ both automated and human moderation to proactively filter and remove unlawful, harmful, or infringing content before it is published. We reserve the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws and will take appropriate action, including blocking abusive users and reporting illegal content to authorities. Our moderation policies are designed to comply with Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies, including specific measures against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other prohibited content. Your comments must not violate third-party rights, be unlawful/obscene, contain malware, or use false info. You are responsible for your comments; we assume no liability. We aim to review flagged content within 24 hours.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@proceedit.com. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you may also refer to the respective app store's dispute resolution process. If we cannot resolve the issue, as required by the EU Digital Services Act, you may refer the dispute to the officially certified out-of-court dispute resolution body in Spain. Payment Terms and proceedit Credits
Access to services like CTI, MBA50, or Master Programs may require fees or proceedit Credits, disclosed at purchase on our Platforms or via in-app purchases. Website purchases are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. All in-app digital purchases, including proceedit Credits and subscriptions, must exclusively use the respective app store's billing system (Apple In-App Purchase for iOS or Google Play Billing for Android) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. No external payment mechanisms are permitted for in-app digital content. For in-app purchase issues, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. You authorize charges to your method, exclusive of taxes (your responsibility). proceedit Credits are virtual currency bought in bundles via Stripe or in-app. Credits purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. Credits are non-transferable, with no external value or cash redemption. They do not expire. You may be able to restore your proceedit Credits balance across devices if you reinstall the app, subject to the restoration mechanisms provided by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Refunds follow platform rules (e.g., Apple/Google).

Subscription Services
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions directly through your account settings on the Apple App Store (for iOS subscriptions) or Google Play Store (for Android subscriptions). Detailed instructions on how to cancel your subscription are available within the app in the corresponding section, including screenshots or direct links to the app store's subscription management page (e.g., for Apple: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions; for Google: Go to Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions).

Apple App Store In-App Subscriptions: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any refunds for in-app purchases must be requested directly from Apple.

Google Play In-App Subscriptions: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. App Store Compliance

For iOS apps: This app and all transactions comply with Apple App Store Review Guidelines. Auto-renewable subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings after purchase.

For Android apps: This app complies with Google Play Developer Policies. Subscription purchases are billed to your Google Play account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Stripe (websites) or Google Play/App Store (in-app); we do not store full card details. By paying, you agree to their terms/privacy: Stripe (https://stripe.com/legal, https://stripe.com/privacy); Google Play (https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/, https://policies.google.com/privacy); Apple (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/, https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). You authorize sharing info with Stripe. For Apple: Processed by Apple, refunds/problems via Apple Support. For Google: Processed by Google, refunds/problems via Google Support.

Billing and Account Information
Payments process at purchase or recurring for subscriptions; ensure sufficient funds. We may refuse/limit/cancel orders (e.g., quantities per person/account/card) or prohibit reseller orders, notifying via provided contact. Provide accurate, updated info (email, card details) for transactions. See Refund Policy for details. proceedit Credits add to balance upon purchase for redemption; unused credits do not accrue interest and do not expire. All fees exclude taxes/duties, which are your responsibility.

Intellectual Property
All Platforms content, software, and technology (including CTI, MBA50, Master Programs) are owned by us or licensors, protected by Spanish/international IP laws. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for intended personal/business use; no copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering without permission. Submitted content grants us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services. We will not sell your personal content to third parties.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, suspected illegal activity, or actions that harm our services or other users, with notice as required by applicable law. You may terminate by notifying us or ceasing use. Upon termination: Access ceases; pre-termination obligations (e.g., payments) survive; unused proceedit Credits that were purchased will not be forfeited, in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies. Credits obtained for free (e.g., via promotions) may be subject to expiration or removal. You remain liable for amounts due.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law (including Spanish/EU regulations), we and our affiliates/directors/employees/licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from Platforms use, including trading losses. Services are "as is/as available" without warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness, non-infringement). We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free access or accurate/reliable results. Use at your own risk. We are not liable for the loss of proceedit Credits obtained for free (e.g., via promotions) due to inactivity or account termination. Liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without conflict principles, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain. However, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, which may provide you with additional protections.

This Policy outlines returns/refunds for physical merchandise and digital services from Expertel SL
(proceedit) via our Platforms (www.proceedit.shop on Shopify, www.proceedit.podia.com on Podia,
mobile apps on Google Play/App Store).

Physical Merchandise

30-Day Returns: Request within 30 days; item unused/unworn, tagged, original packaging, with proof. Contact support@proceedit.com with order number; return to Caponata 13 Àtic 4ª, Barcelona, 08034, Spain. Accepted returns get label/instructions; unrequested not accepted.

Refunds: Notified post-inspection; approved refunded to original method in 10 business days (bank processing extra time; contact if >15 days).

EU 14-Day Withdrawal: Cancel/return within 14 days no reason; same condition/proof requirements.

Exceptions: No returns for perishables, customs, personal care, hazardous/flammable. Contact for questions. Sale items restricted per laws; gift cards non-returnable except required.

EU 2-Year Guarantee: For defects/non-conformity, request repair/replacement/reduction/refund free; contact support@proceedit.com.

Exchanges: Return original, then reorder new.

Digital Services & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase of a digital service within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and consent that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the service has begun with your consent, which occurs when you access the service. Therefore, if you have accessed any part of a digital service (e.g., viewed lesson content, used a tool, or downloaded data), you will no longer be eligible for a refund under the withdrawal right. If you have not accessed the service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. All refund requests are subject to review and the terms of the respective app store for in-app purchases.

Subscriptions: Cancel anytime via account settings; effective end of cycle. Pro-rated where required; no partial for unused unless EU law.

Inquiries: Contact support@proceedit.com. Refunds for digital services that have not been accessed within the 14-day withdrawal period are provided as required by law.

Limitations on Refunds: Refunds will not be granted for digital services once you have accessed them, as this terminates your right of withdrawal. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service, where permitted by law.

In-app purchases must follow Apple App Store and Google Play refund processes.

No Refunds: For proceedit Credits purchased via our websites, refund requests will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. ... For in-app credit purchases, all refunds must follow the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store exclusively and be initiated directly through their platforms. We do not process or override app store refunds. Acknowledge for use across offerings, not outcomes.

No Refunds For: Partial redemptions, user error, or credits obtained for free (e.g., via promotions) that have expired.

Payment and Refund Processing

Stripe: Approved refunded to original method in 5-10 days per Stripe times/Spanish/EU law; agree to Stripe Terms.

App Stores: Refunds for purchases made via Google Play or Apple App Store (including in-app purchases and subscriptions) must be requested directly through their platforms. We do not handle or override them.

Requests: Submit to support@proceedit.com with details/reason; reviewed in 5 days per EU regs.
